MyEnroll360 limits access to U.S. users and may restrict login when suspicious activity is detected to support security.
Protecting employee data and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements are core priorities at BAS. As part of our ongoing commitment to platform security, we’ve introduced an enhancement to MyEnroll360 that helps safeguard accounts by identifying potentially risky activity before login.
MyEnroll360 is available only to users accessing the platform from within the United States. In addition, access may be temporarily restricted if suspicious activity is detected during the login process.
These updates are designed to strengthen account protection while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and data security requirements.
Employee benefits data is highly sensitive and monitoring for high-risk activity allows us to:
For the vast majority of users, there will be no change to the MyEnroll360 login experience.
In most cases, users will continue to log in as usual. However, access may be limited in the following situations:
If someone attempts to access MyEnroll360 from outside the U.S., they may see a message indicating that the platform is only available to users located in the United States due to regulatory and compliance requirements.
If our system detects activity from an IP address that is considered high risk, access may be temporarily restricted as a precautionary measure. In this case, users will see a message explaining that access has been limited to help protect their account and advising them to contact their employer’s HR team or BAS support for assistance.
These measures are in place to protect users, not to penalize them.
BAS uses a trusted third‑party security service to evaluate login activity and help identify potentially suspicious behavior. This process occurs before login and is designed to prevent unauthorized access while allowing legitimate users to proceed.
Only activity that meets a high‑risk threshold results in restricted access.
If you believe your access was restricted in error:
Our team can help review the situation and guide next steps.
These enhancements are part of BAS’ broader effort to continuously improve the security, reliability, and compliance of MyEnroll360. We’ll continue to invest in features that protect users while delivering a seamless enrollment experience.
